  • City Beach

I love creative production, I've been lucky enough to direct and produce and be part of some amazing photography, film, and stage productions over the years. Being in business the personal branding is a big thing and Summer time means it’s time to update my professional profile images! August I did some portrait shots in the city but we lost a lot of light that early evening and did not get a lot of good shots.

Life is a bit of a creative production, and in my brand profile shots I want to capture where I'm at. My professional images I like to capture my creative spirit and what I value in this phase of my life. While I'm ambitious and driven I also balance my coaching, forward focussed attitude with a still, dreamy and imaginative zen space for reflection and peace to ensure I'm mindful and balanced, this campaign I hope to capture that.

This time I've decided to go for a seaside, urban, cafe setting, whites, pale blue and silvery ocean colours, against rustic woods, palm trees, nautical scenery, The beach is a place where I often find inner peace and balance, surrounded my flowing water, salty air, and in the city my favourite eateries with to die for views and yat to make seaside lifestyle pure pleasure.

Don’t let yourself get to burn out before you make the choice to look after yourself. The quality of your work and ability to be present mindfully in life will greatly increase if you are gentle, kind and loving with yourself. Here are some tips to help you begin a self care Sunday ritual or ceremony:

      A
utumn has arrived, and we’re at the beginning of a transition. It is still warm in Melbourne, but soon we’ll see the changes in colour, falling of leaves, night-time coming earlier and the temperature getting notably cooler. With all this natural change that sets in every year it’s a wise time to reflect if there are some things you might like to shed so you can grow in other ways. The art of holding on and letting go is very personal but we all experience s

    • Seeing the best in yourself.
      by Marion Miller

Seeing the best in yourself requires you to be authentic. Being a good leader begins with the relationship you have with yourself. Holding yourself accountable to an honourable character and making the conscious choice to do better. A leader looks for the good in people and shines light on them, building them up and good leadership begins with leading yourself. The only way to do that is to take a good within yourself and accept who you are, flaws and all. No one is perfect, we a
