Hello There - My Name is Brad Fergusson. I am Head of Purpose & Global Brand Development at Just Doing The Right Thing Group.

I know, I know...who are you?? So what?? You are just another guy with a title.... AND you are right...I am all of those things....

I am also a Father , Husband , Son , Brother , Employee , Entrepreneur , Friend , Confidante , Good Listener , Good Guy , Risk Taker , Inhabitant of The Planet and Child of God...Oh and mostly importantly like most start up organisations...Scared To Death!!!

But not of what you might think....Most start up organisations are concerned about set up, starting up, structure, brand awareness , customer engagement and of course sales and profit.....The only thing I am concerned with is that I am under prepared for MASSIVE & GLOBAL CHANGE!!!

You see our core principle, that guides everything we do is, the Golden Rule...which of course is..." Do Unto Others As You Would Have Others Do Unto You "...a simple concept!!

You might ask..what has that got to do with a business or a movement or anything in today's day and times?? My answer...EVERYTHING!!!

Our aims are to cause positive disruption to industries where the Golden Rule seems to have been forgotten .We have been doing this for some time now in a few key targeted areas while all the time collaborating with new business behind the scenes who are looking to live our ethos. What industries will be affected ?? I tell you this wholheartedly .....ALL of them!! It does not matter what we talk about the principle can be applied for a positive disruption and major change!!
To achieve this what we do is this:

Partner with business, organisations & individuals to create programs, courses & products that positively resonate & impact their clients & customers making it simple for them to grow a highly profitable business WHILE at the same time being 100 percent customer focused and Doing The Right Thing.

So, what you could do if you were interested or our work resonates with you personally is this:

1. Come on board as a partner business & provide your expert services to our group and membership along the value proposition we look to provide ( i.e. Doing the Right Thing) which for us means "what our client can afford to pay believing that what they want and deserve is worthy, the same help someone with unrestricted resources has".

2. Join us as a consultant partner and provide your services to us directly under a pro-bono consulting basis. The goal for us is to also positively impact your business and life by increasing your Global exposure and therefore increasing your revenue & the profitability of your business. We are not a not for profit at this point however our aims are to only provide for the ongoing expense of running our business without the need for big profit margins.

In conclusion there is a BIG Ripple Effect coming to an Industry near you...The only question you have to answer is...Will I be a part of the positive global change or will I get swept aside as the tidal wave rolls through?
