Ana Mitsikas with Roger Clark Quartet
Ana Mitsikas has worked across all facets of the entertainment industry – Music Theatre, film and television, band and corporate work.
Ana started her professional career playing with well-known Melbourne cover band ‘Relax with Max.’ She then moved into Music Theatre performing in the national and international tours of shows such as ‘The Sound of Music’ and ‘The Buddy Holly Story.’
In the UK she had a recurring role in the popular TV series ‘Family Affairs’ and was resident singer/pianist at many famous London hotels including The Dorchester and The Millennium Mayfair.
For two years Ana was principal vocalist for Jean Ann Ryan Productions on the Norwegian Cruise Line touring to Alaska, Hawaii and Mexico.
Most recently Ana has been performing with her vocal trio ‘The Holly Belles’, hosting ‘Show Off’ at Chapel Off Chapel and has been working as a Musical Director – with credits including the national tour of ‘Menopause the Musical’. Earlier this year Ana appeared in the Australian premiere of ‘Sexercise – the Musical’ which opened ‘The Alex’ theatre in St. Kilda.
With her husband Martin Lane Ana also runs the very successful children’s performing arts school ‘Stage Left’ with nine schools across Melbourne and students performing in major musicals such as ‘Les Mis’ and ‘The King and I.’
Ana is excited to be journeying into the world of jazz and thrilled to able to share some of her all-time favourite repertoire with you.
