Our food is a bold and unique interpretation of Southeast Asian cuisine utilising local and seasonal produce. We offer large parties a four or six course banquet menu consisting of snacks, share plates, sides and dessert. Your waiter can tailor this menu to suit your preferences and dietary requirements. Situated by our impressive ‘cellar wall’ and the Gingerboy Upstairs cocktail bar, you’ll never lack inspiration for your next drink! Guests are seated at colourful bar stools around a bar height table(s).

COCKTAIL PARTIES IN THE CROSSLEY STREET LOUNGE

Our upstanding, outstanding cocktail parties are held in the lounge overlooking the passers-by on Crossley Street. The canapé menu is a seasonal selection of our iconic street snacks and hawker menu items and can be tailored to suit your tastes and dietary requirements.
• 10 pieces approx. 1.5 hours: $50 per person
• 15 pieces approx. 2.5 hours: $70 per person


To secure the Crossley Street Lounge we require a minimum spend of:
• Monday - Wednesday $1000 (dinner), $1000 (lunch)
• Thursday $2000 (dinner), $1000 (lunch)
• Friday $3000 (dinner), $1000 (lunch)

Accommodating up to 50 guests across the entire first floor, you can enjoy our signature cocktails, canapés and hospitality in an open bar setting perfect for mixing and mingling.

Exclusive use means you can set the mood with our fully equipped PA system, tailor the menu to suit your whims and design the drinks selection to suit your vices.

To secure Gingerboy Upstairs exclusively we require a minimum spend of:
• Monday - Wednesday $2500 (dinner), $1500 (lunch)
• Thursday $4000 (dinner), $1500 (lunch)
• Friday $6500 (dinner), $2000 (lunch)
