The Models at The Ding Dong Lounge

Friday and Saturday night witnessed a bit of a flashback in Melbourne as The Models performed live at The Ding Dong Lounge. Sporting members from the original line-up, Sean Kelly,Andrew Duffield , Mark Ferrie and Barton Price turned back the clock and performed Models classics that sent the packed house reeling back to the 1980’s. While Everyone was looking a little bit older than they did from 3 decades ago, the music was certainly not lost on this crowd wanting to capture a piece of their youth when groups like The Models made up apart of their listening pleasure. TheModels themselves certainly didn’t disappoint. They rolled out classics like Out of Mind, Out of Sight, Barbados, Big on Love and Unhappy. This appreciative crowd were certainly not Unhappy and with new material also thrown into the mix, it was a show that will stay in the memory for quite a while.
